Robert Ordan has 30+ years of leadership in the integrated security systems industry, facilities management and operations. He is certified as a Protection Professional by the American Society of Industrial Security. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for developing and implementing IT, cyber, and physical security systems to protect people and their assets.  He has deep expertise in identifying infrastructure vulnerabilities, assessing risk, and leading teams in custom IT solutions.

As the founder and President of Danor Services, which has been serving the NYC Metro area schools since 1998. As a result of his two-plus decades of experience, Rob has become a results-driven executive who is skilled at leading change, leading people, and building coalitions.

This has enabled him to design and implement effective security architectures, overseeing change and emergency management operations, facilities management and operations, and implementing business continuity plans in crisis situations. Robert plays well in the sandbox with everyone. Collaboration is the only way to succeed. Robert completed the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
